SPF Facts: Did You Know?

When it comes to picking our SPF we normally think, the higher the better, sure. However, it’s all about coverage and frequency of application. Whether you’re chilling in the garden or lying on a beach, it’s the topping up that counts rather than one application with the biggest factor you can find.

Very true. Though you can’t get as badly burnt, you can still get some level of UVA rays and should still wear sunscreen even if you’re just driving in your car.

Not quite. Any change in your skin’s colour after being exposed to the sun for a prolonged period of time is classed as damage. Burns are, of course, much worse for your skin but it’s still super important to keep your skin protected!
