With Halloween now been and gone, it's time for one of my favourite seasons of the year, Christmas! I cannot wait to get stuck into the Christmas shopping before the pandemonium of the last minute shopping begins and I of course Fragrance Direct have got some right goodies this year.
As everyone will remember as a child the excitement of opening up all the little 'extra' presents that you would get in your Christmas stocking, I thought I'd share a few of my stocking filler picks for this Christmas.
W7 'In The Buff' Palette | £4.99 Every Christmas I've always got my eye on some sort of makeup palette, usually consisting of neutral based shades. This one from W7 is an absolute steal as it contains twelve neutral eye shadows that can be worn quite simple in the day, but also built up into a smoky eye look at night. The eye shadows themselves are amazing in quality and for £4.99 it is a bargain. I'd be very happy if I found this in my stocking on Christmas morning.
The Body Shop Shea Body Butter | £2.99 When it comes to stocking fillers you cannot go wrong with a body butter from The Body Shop, as pretty much any girl will love these. They have an amazing array of scents/flavours to choose from, but this shea butter scent is one of my favourites. It's not too overpowering of a scent and it leaves the skin so soft and nourished.
Essie Professional Routine Mini Nail Kit | £5.99 Whenever I think of Christmas I instantly think of the Essie mini sets as they bring out some really cute collections, especially the Christmas one from last year. One thing I've never really tried from Essie is their base coats or top coats, so this little trio is a perfect stocking filler, especially for a simple manicure set. I've found that base coat is really good at holding the colour and the top coat does help to prolong your nail polish, especially as I find some Essie shades really do chip quite quickly.
Real Techniques Kabuki Brush | £9.99 I think any beauty girl would be happy to see something from Real Techniques amongst their Christmas presents. I love Real Techniques, the quality is amazing and they are so affordable. This brush is probably the last blush to add to my collection and it's a great all rounder when it comes to powder products. I also like that it folds in half as it gives two brushes in one almost, so great for travelling and even more great as a cheap last minute filler.
St Moriz Party Time Gift Set | £9.99 It wouldn't be Christmas without a gift set and this one from St Moriz is a good one! Like most girls, I love a good fake tan and the St Moriz is one of my favourites as it is affordable, but also really good. This little set comes with the self-tanning mouse, which is my favourite from their range, a bronzing soufflǸ, which adds a lovely glow to your tan, and some cute nail wraps. All in all this gift set is ideal, and at only £9.99 it's amazingly affordable.
